Slack

• most of the communication happens in the #lc-team slack channel

• project related information might also be shared in the #project-coordination channel

Calls

• we meet monthly for the CorrelAidX call: third Monday of the month at 7 pm; Zoom Link

• each chapter can send (an) ambassador(s) to exchange on current activities, difficulties and best practices

Calendar

• We have a CorrelAid calendar to keep recurring meetings, core team calls, special events such as the meetup and events where we will be present.

  All calendars are hosted on the CorrelCloud and can be read and edited by people who have an account there.

• In addition to the "global" calender, some local chapters maintain their own CorrelAidX calendars.

  • the links to these calendars can be found in the respective subpages of the chapters

  • to be able to edit, you need to get a correlcloud account (please ask Frie) and you need be added as an editor (please ask Isabel)

Project Board

• note down your ongoing projects in the project board on GitHub, using the red CorrelAidX tag (ask Frie (@frie) for access)

Material

• find relevant marketing material / e-mail templates, etc. in this shared CorrelCloud folder, feel free to upload other relevant documents

• feel free to reach out to other chapters, visit their monthly meetings, meet-ups or events and take away new ideas and inspirations for your own work
